Introduction
Uridine is a nucleoside compound, which is composed of uridine and ribose (furan ribose) rings, which are connected by β-N1-glycose bonds.
Chemical properties
White needle-shaped crystals or powders. Odourless, slightly sweet and spicy. Mp165℃. RTITICITY +4°(20℃, C=2, IN WATER). It is a kind of nucleoside class. It is soluble in water, slightly soluble in dilute alcohol, and insoluble in anhydrous ethanol.
USE
This product can be used for giant erythrocyte anaemia, and can also be combined with other nucleosides and bases to treat liver, cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases.
