white crystalline or crystalline powder, odourless and slightly bitter. Mp284℃ (decomposition), 168-170℃ sublimation. The solubility in water is 4.12%, which is extremely difficult to dissolve in ethanol and ether.
USE
Amino acid drugs. It is a nutritional supplement, mixed with other carbohydrates, inorganic salts and vitamins for injection. It is used in amino acid infusions and preparations with other amino acids.
